Not a menu of forty services. These are the jobs that come up over and over around here, plus the general list that goes with owning a place in the north.
Drywall repair
Doorknob holes, cracked seams, sagging ceilings and water damage. Patched, taped, sanded and painted back to matching.
Painting
Rooms, trim, ceilings, decks, siding and camp exteriors. The prep is most of the job and we do not skip it.
Leak detection
Ceiling stains, damp basement walls, a water bill that jumped, or a smell you cannot place. We track it back to the source.
Yard care & property maintenance
Mowing, trimming, brush and bush clearing, spring and fall cleanups, eavestroughs and getting a property ready for winter.

Opened up in spring. Closed and winterized in fall. And looked in on through the months in between, when a broken window, a lifted shingle or a line that let go can sit unnoticed until it has cost you the whole building.
Every visit ends with photos and a written report, so you can see the place without driving to it.
Two brothers,
one truck at a time
There is no dispatch, no call centre and no crew of subcontractors you have never met. It is the two of us. One of us has spent his working life on the tools across renovation, mechanical and finishing work. The other is the guy who will get down a bush road that a service van would turn around at — which matters more than it sounds like it does when your camp is at the end of one.
We say no to work we should not take. Gas fitting, panel work and anything that needs a licensed trade goes to a licensed trade, and we will tell you that on the phone rather than after we are standing in your kitchen.
We are building this the slow way — one job at a time, doing them properly, and letting people around here tell each other about it.
